Rooms
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. If you need a later check-out, just ask at the bar and we'll do our best to accommodate. See our venue page for more.
Yes, free on-site parking is available for all room guests.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in selected rooms. Please let the venue know in advance.
Open My room bookings in the app and use the 'Link it here' option at the bottom. Enter your booking reference and last name.
Loyalty and Rewards
You earn points on qualifying spend across all Buzzworks venues. Points can be redeemed for rewards in the app.
There are several tiers, each unlocking additional benefits as you progress.
Open the Rewards section in the app, choose your reward, and show the generated code at the venue.

Yes, you can book tables for larger groups via the Book a table tab. For very large groups, contact the venue directly.
All our venues cater for a range of dietary requirements. Please flag any requirements when booking.
Sandy beaches and sea air at Troon, Ayr and Largs — all within half an hour. From Ardrossan, take the ferry to Arran for mountains, a distillery and dramatic coastal walks.
Dean Castle and Country Park (15 minutes’ drive) — a 14th-century castle with woodland walks, wildlife and picnic spots. Head south to clifftop Culzean Castle, or out to Loch Doon for walking, photography and fresh air (around 45 minutes away).
